[pgpool-hackers: 424] pgpool-II minor release

Hi pgpool hackers,

As I said earlier, I would like to release pgpool-II 3.3.2, 3.2.7,
3.1.20, 3.0.14 soon. As far as I know, the major showstopper is fixing
defects pointed out by Coverity scan. However I have no time to fix
all of the defects by the end of November, that means those releases
will not include complete fixes of the defects. No way.
