Great to hear you are working on 3.2 and will work on 3.3!  As I
mentioned in a different message, 3.3 beta1 will be released in the
third week (~16th) at the at earliest. Sorry for delay.

Good point. Bruce has fixed some wordings in English doc but those are
related to Chinese doc, I guess. Removing tutorial-zh_cn.html declined.
