Well, it's done. As I cannot change the side bar, I put the licence in
the first page (http://www.pgpool.net). Tatsuo-san, if you want a
licence page, it should be available from the sidebar but I don't have
the permission to change it myself.

I also added the licence in the english manual. I suppose you'll prefer
a japanese one for the japonese manual. I didn't put it in the french
because it is so outdated.

And now that I see the subject of this thread, I wonder if it is licence
or license. I thought license was the french spelling of the word. Am I
wrong?
