[pgpool-hackers: 426] New config parameter "print_user" added

Hi,

I have committed changes to add new config parameter "print_user". If
it is true, current session user name is added. It has been in TODO:

http://www.pgpool.net/mediawiki/index.php/TODO#Allow_to_print_user_name_in_the_logging

This was requested by a user and he claims that it is good for audit purpose.
