[pgpool-hackers: 146] TODO list

Hi,

I have added "TODO list" to the pgpool wiki:

http://www.pgpool.net/mediawiki/index.php/TODO

Currently there's only one item exists, but I think eventually the
list will be longer and longer...

Note that items on the list are *not* guranteed to be implemented in
the future.

Please note that the editing right for wiki is limited to very small
group of people including me. So please let me know if you want to add
a TODO item.  (this is because I just don't know how to manage
accounts for the right. Any advices are welcome...)
