<div>It means that pgpool sees all databases as being down. When pgpool starts it reads the state of the databases from a status file, it is /tmp/pgpool_status by default. There is one line per database.

<div>So if the db are not down, you would need to stop pgpool, delete this file and restart it. The other way - the normal way - to bring back a node to status up is with the command pcp_attach_node. But in this case I think it is not posible because you cannot
even use pcp commands when all nodes are down (to be validated).<br>
