<div>We are evualating the pgpool II for high availability with load balancing , We are not able to proceed further due to auto failover issues.</div>
<div>We have built the pgpool 3.5 with postgres 9.5 version with Master/slave configuration , I am able to perform the following</div>

<li>Master > slave, Slave promoted as master through auto failover</li><li>Vice versa, I am not able to promote the old master to primary after shutting down the slave/master.</li><li>I have placed the masterfoward.sh script and placed the scripts in the directory with the path in pgpool.conf</li><li>Pgpool not able to execute the auto failover vice versa, I have modified the required parameters to call master forward scripts.</li><li>Load balancing performed through background_wight</li></ul>
