If you use pgpoolAdmin, apache user should have permission
to write<br>
to /var/run/pgpool directory.Try<br>
<br>
$ chomod 777 /var/run/pgpool<br>
<br>
or<br>
<br>
$ chown apache /var/run/pgpool<br>
