    I think there might be an error in the tutorial

    In pgpool.conf there will be deleted a file on the pgpool server

    (/var/log/pgpool/trigger/trigger_file1) but in the failover.sh

    script this file will be created on the backend server.<br>

    Anyway I'm not able to run this configuration successfully on ubuntu

    12.04 lts servers using the postgresql-9.1 and pgpool2 packages from

    default repositories. But that should be another thread...<br>
