[pgpool-general: 2335] runuser: warning message on /var/lib/pgsql

Hi,

When I start the pgpool, I see the following warning message in the 
pgpool log file.  Is it harmless and how to fix it ?
I have pgpool 3.3.1 and postgres 9.2.6.

runuser: warning: cannot change directory to /var/lib/pgsql: No such 
file or directory
